ReplyDeleteOur 25lb dog ballooned to 40lbs in the first year after we brought her home from the shelter. Some of that was needed weight (she was too thin at first), but most of it was apartment life. Pets need exercise, too! We've put her on a diet and she's back to a healthy 32-35lbs.
