Fideo Friday! #4

  1. I prefer to (try to anyway) eat well all the time, just because I feel like crap if I eat crap food.
    I've been toying with the idea of trying a plant based paleo diet. Not.. fad or yo-yo diet. But diet as in, DIET, y'know? As of now, I eat meat, dairy, eggs, plants, etc.. My main goal is to always do my best to not eat pre-packaged, or processed food.

    My short term goal right now, is Maui in April. I'm nervous about being in a bathing suit for a large chunk of the time, and I (like many women) have cellulite on the backs of my legs and bum that I'm self-conscious about, so I've been doing squats and lunges and who knows how many other bum/ham/quad work outs there are.
